A few things that keep the chair calm.
Small policies that let us give every client our full attention.
We stand behind every style
All sales are final — we don't offer refunds. If something about your fresh style doesn't feel right, come back within 24 hours and we'll happily rework it or issue store credit.
Staff-only work area
To keep everyone safe around hot tools and product, only staff and clients being serviced are allowed in the work area. Guests are welcome to relax in the waiting area.
Little ones welcome — with a seat
We love our young clients! For their safety, children who aren't being serviced must stay seated in the waiting area with a parent or guardian.
Please mind your belongings
The salon isn't responsible for lost or misplaced items. Keep your phone, keys, and bags with you at your chair.
Be on time, be respected
Braiding takes hours — a late arrival ripples into everyone's day. Please arrive on time so we can give you our full focus.
